  • 1 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Equipment:

  • 1 Mixer (Stand or Hand Mixer)
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Utensils
  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Parchment Paper
  • Spatula/Spoon (To Spoon Out Dough)

Step By Step Instructions To Make Your Own Batch of Back To Nature Soft-Baked Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

Gather all of the ingredients and supplies needed to make these Back To Nature Soft-Baked Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Step 2: Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 375 F before making cookies to save time.

Step 3: Mix The Butter And Sugar, Then Peanut Butter And Vanilla Extract

In the stand mixer, or in a bowl with a hand mixer, add in the required measurements for the vegan butter and cane sugar. Mix together until smooth. Once smooth, add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

Step 4: Mix The Dry Ingredients In A Separate Mixing Bowl

Using a separate mixing bowl, add and then mix together the baking soda, salt, and flour until fully combined.

Step 5: Combine The Dry And Wet Ingredients

In the mixing bowl, combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Mix well.

Tip: If the dough is crumbly, add in the soy milk so that the dough holds together.

Step 6: Add In The Chocolate Chips

Once the cookie dough is thoroughly combined in the mixing bowl, add in the chocolate chips. Mix together.

Step 7: Line The Baking Sheet

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking to the pan and to save clean-up time. Roll the cookie dough into decently sized balls. You should have about 18-20 cookie dough balls total.

Step 8: Bake The Cookies

When the oven is preheated and the cookie dough balls successfully lined on the parchment paper-lined baking tray, it’s time to bake the cookies. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. You’ll note that when the tops of the cookies are a golden-brown color, they’re ready to be taken out of the oven to cool and firm up.

Step 9: Enjoy

Allow the cookies to cool and firm before moving them from the tray. Once cooled, enjoy your Back To Nature Soft-Baked Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!
