  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Gather all of the ingredients and supplies needed to make this Whipped Cream with Almond Milk and Cornstarch Recipe.
  • In a small pot, heat the stove to medium-high until water comes to a simmer.
  • Add the cornstarch, vanilla, xanthan gum, and almond milk into the small pot with the water that has begun to simmer. Frequently whisk the contents in the small pot until it has thickened marginally.
